We ship to most countries worldwide. If you live in a rural area or remote island, or somewhere that has a hard time getting packages from the United States, please contact us to make sure that we can ship it to you, so we can make sure that your order gets to you safely.
US Postal Restrictions
The Postal Service™ is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions. Countries listed:

China South Sudan
Netherlands United Kingdom

Currently we are not shipping to Russia because of the conflict with the Ukraine.
Because of the global pandemic and high volume, there may be delays from carriers, including the updating in tracking.
Please allow a little longer than normal for your tracking to update and/or your package to arrive. If your tracking shows no update for more than one week or your package is taking just too long to get to you then you can reach out to the carrier directly or let us know and we can get in touch with them to figure out what is happening.
Please note that shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination.
Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days after the order date. Please be aware that all of the bath and body products are made to order so that they are nice and fresh for you, so they may take 5-7 business days to process and ship. Please allow some extra time for order processing and making during busier times of the year or during sales events.
Weight restrictions may apply and not all shipping methods will be available for all weights/shipping destinations.
**Exclusions apply.* Free shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico due to carrier restrictions nor is it available on P.O. Box addresses.
You are personally responsible for any import duty/tax that may be applied to an order outside of the US. This isn't a shipping charge, but a legal requirement decided by the governing law where you live. Any orders abandoned/refused by customers due these charges will be liable for all costs shipping the order back - including the original cost of the shipping.
Customs/Imports and Sales Tax
You may be asked for an additional payment to receive your order if the delivery address of your order is outside of the US.
We hate these charges as much as you do and they’re controlled by your government - if we ever find a way around you having to pay them, we’ll let you know...but until then, your government won’t let us collect or pay them on your behalf.
Please don’t refuse an order if you run into these fees - we won’t be able to refund the cost of shipping it back to us, or the original cost, and we hate doing that!
Return & Exchange Policy
How to Return an Item
Just make sure that it is eligible for return, then send it back within 14 days and we'll help with a refund. To help make things go faster please include a note with the following:
Your order number
The email address you used to purchase
A list of what you are sending back and why
Whether you want store credit, a refund or replacement/exchange
Return shipping is paid by the customer so the choice of shipping service is at your discretion but we do recommend one that you can track.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
Health and safety is super important so that means some items we cannot accept as a return.
For health and safety reasons we cannot accept the following items back for return:
Opened Bath Bombs/Powders
Opened Shower Steamers
You may try things on just like you would in a physical store but please don't actually wear or wash it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in unusable condition we won't be able to give you a refund or exchange we may have to send it back to you (and have you cover the shipping costs)
All items are inspected on return. In order to receive your requested refund or exchange all items must be unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them in with the original packaging.
You have 14 days from the date that you received your item(s) to send it back to us for a refund, store credit or exchange.
When we get it back to us, we aim to process it within 5-10 days of receipt.
Receiving a Refund or Exchanged Item
You will get an email notification when your refund has been complete and it will be issued back to your original payment method. It can take 5-10 days to clear from the date we issue it.
If you've requested an exchange, you will get another email with your new order number for the new item and further updates when it ships. Any exchange order shipping to international addresses are required to purchase new shipping and a link will be sent to you via email to complete this payment.
How to Exchange Item(s)
Follow the normal return guidelines here and send it back to us using the carrier of your choice. You have to pay shipping to send it back to us.
We will send you a link to pay for reshipping an international order, but domestic we will cover.
You will get an email with a new order number for your exchanged item and an update when it ships with your new tracking information.
